The Dead corpse was Jaggi not Ahem.

Jaggi accidentally had an car accident with Ahem. Once Jaggi found out he is also part of modi family he decided to take his place. When finding out he is still alive he throw the body in the water hence the scar on his head still there. And pretending to be dead.

This is only thing justifying it I guarantee Jaggi will be shown negative as they are not going to keep double roles for a serial like this couple of episodes then it will stop.

Also more casts from modi will be coming its just it will take time lol
