Girl this is my third time in school, you can go back to school at any age. You can upgrade your skills at anytime. If not anything then start a YT channel if you want to be on screen. Even freaking Madhuri and Shilpa Shetty have YT channels. These people have exposure and established fan bases to easily gain views and subs.

The problem is also the ITV format. If they used a drama/limited series format like Korean and Pakistani shows then so many of their actors would be getting work throughout their lifetime be it as a main or parallel lead or supporting cast. There are quite a few Pakistani celebrities even those who aren't huge who have invested their earnings, started their own businesses be it a restaurant, gym, clinic or fashion brand. Not to mention utilizing social media. Some older ones who had stopped acting, opened up talent agencies, production houses, teach acting etc.

I agree but was talking about permanent jobs say in the corporate or public sector. Age limit hoti hai and experience matters. Chalo acting ka shauk tha kar liya now get back to a daily paid job or start a business. I don't really wanna believe YT is a a way of life long earning. Haan they get huge amounts and benefits free products and stuff par ultimately it would die down.

See, every day there is someone new and someone better who can replace actors, especially in the television industry. I don't remember her real name, but Gopi bahu was replaced overnight - no ifs no buts. She was a popular character yet they dint think twice to replace her with debo. Same thing with Balika Vadhu prats was replaced by toral. Their line of work is extremely not permanent. So they need to make their alternative career simultaneously.

Succes, fame, stardom does get to the head and these think waisa hi hone wala hai. One or two serials are over and they are doomed, if proper investment isn't made.
