Malhar has been in service for about... 7 yrs or maybe more, don't remember exactly, so him knowing the tricks and tips of the job and knowing who to reach out to in order to get things done is no surprise, Kallu on the other hand is new and has just joined: there's that and partly there's the bias of the writers that doesn't allow them to show some balance where the representation of the FL and ML is concerned as far their profession is concerned.

CVs should've made her something like a businesswoman or a lawyer, bécasse what's the point of giving her one specific job if it won't be used much in the show or she won't be shown as acting like one most of the time? This is why I'm talking about bias from the CVs between the FL and ML (as in the genders, not the actors specifically, I mean).
