Well he is the one who actually asked her what's Samrat's fault in all this. Ofcourse she didn't consider whatever he said. So he IS the voice of reason but also the reason to spice up things at Chavan house. What was the need for him to meet her? Because of this, Karishma eavesdropped their conversation and so, Ashwini knows the truth now. We can see all the taunting that she's doing. So he's a combination then 😆
