I guess the problem is the couple with age gap isn't treated as such. Its shown like it's normal for some 55 year old actor to romance 25 year old. It won't be considered normal if genders are reversed.

Well even if it's treated like normal, what's wrong in it? Shouldn't it be normal? Yes, if genders are reversed, it won't be considered normal. So we should try to make that normal too instead of calling this abnormal.
