That love confession was surely incorporated inorder to start a love track between them and Bondita was shown washing the certificate to degrade her and glorify Mini for the same track which is why now I feel they would not bring it back and just would show a certificate randomnly many episodes later completely discarding what happened.

they could have brought it that time when bon was shown illiterate, when ani got insulted publicly and him getting angry on bon and praising mini , they could have created drama because that time they wanted sympathy for mini like she lost love of her life( mere piece of obsession) at the end of bedwetting track , that is why at the end of bedwetting episode , they made ani say to mini that because of her , he cured bon problem , mini mirchi cringe episode
