I don't think so, he was moslty angry on her for petty issues. He didn't listen to her during Anupriya kaand, scolded when she tried to apply bandade and what not. She was about to say she knew about Ragini being alive but he scolded her AGAIN. He always makes up his mind that he'll tell her everything but that moment never arrives

And when she wanted to tell him about HER PAST he didn't let her complete
