I am replying to you through my PC only.

Sometimes there could be network connectivity issues between certain ISPs. Since you are able to reach us through another ISP it means it's most likely a problem at your ISP end.

BTW also check if your router has correct MTU settings. Cause sometimes that has caused problems with certain ISPs.

I want to inform you that I am facing problem while uploading my profile picture.. again & again I'm failing.. Sometimes it showed "some error occurred" & sometimes only I can see my dp, others could not see it..

Please help me...

Try uploading a .jpg file only.

May be server is not able to process PNG file.

Sir I tried as you said.. but facing same problem.. after cropping when I clicked update option, again it showed blank dp..
