I have watched this drama and regretfully so. There r 2 stories going on. One is of anum n shehroze. Basically they are lovers n anum’s dad (Farman Ali agha) doesn’t like shehroze cause he isn’t as rich as them. He is not poor, just not extremely rich as anum. I think anum likes shehroze more than shehroze likes her. He has an ego. Not much has happened in this story. This is the story I’m more interested in based on the ost, but sadly nothing so far.

The other story is of farhan ali agha n his wife, his friend n his wife( fahima awan). Fahima is jealous of farhan n his wife. She feels like they live such a good life n she can’t. Her husband lost his job recently n r in poor financial situation. Farhan’s wife is portrayed as fat n ugly through always eating n dialogues made by fahima, n farhan doesn’t stop her nor tell his friend to stop his wife. Farhan’s wife may look just a little overweight, however she isn’t ugly at all. She is just one of those bichari types, who is getting bullied. It is just hard to believe the story. N farhan is always helping his friend n friend’s wife fahima is the villain n always taking farhan’s help, asking for monetary help for her son, for her clothes etc. fahima’s daughter is a good person like her dad. The son is like the mom, good for nothing. Fahima has gotten such a terrible character. She is always fighting with her husband, who is a good person. This story is terrible. It’s not clear to me if farhan n fahima will get married or not. Cause in one scene fahima says to her daughter that she will get her married to farhan’s son Harris waheed (finally he is not in a villain role) farhan is also not bad either yet, he is just superficial. He thinks money is everything, he says his wife should always have make up done( she already does but oh well) and looking good n dress to impress.

Latest promo shows fahima n family wanting to stay at farhan’s house cause of financial issues n farhan’s wife objecting. I find it strange that farhan has a problem with shehroze cause he is not as rich yet has no problem with his friend n his friends wife fahima who r in way worse financial situation.

They need to stop focusing on this farhan Ali agha n fahima awan story, it’s horrible. They should focus on the main lead’s story.

I don’t know how I watched through 2 episodes even with fast forwarding. I will watch 1 more to see is shehroze n anum’s story starts.
