I hate to say this but this isn't giving out a good impression of Preesha as a woman.
If she realises her love for Rudraksh and confesses her feelings in one or two episodes like a rushed confession nobody will like it.
Then start giving her pov...simple. It won't look rushed and far better than the stupidity she does.
Even if she realises and confesses her love to Rudraksh, we will expect that she should tell all truths about Rajiv Mahima and Rajeev's murder truth very soon.

But if the writers show everything in a rushed manner at super fast speed, the show wont last long. And in future, we dont want this show and all major tracks of this show to have a abrupt end like Pavitra Bhagya.

Just bcoz Preesha hasnt realised her feelings or love for Rudraksh and just bcoz she is hiding Rajiv Mahima truth and Rajeev's murder truth that doesnt mean her role in the show is bad or ruined or butchered.
Forget about her feelings for Rudra, her character as woman and human being is itself in question right now. She end up saving a criminal, lies as per her convivence, hide things from people as per her own needs. Its a big black dot on her.
But has anyone thought about this that earlier also in season 1, Rudraksh and his family Ahana just go on shouting and screaming on her that Preesha is Rajeev's murderer and blackmailer and they do it now also. But has Rudraksh or any one member of Khurana family actually gone and tried to investigate the truth or find out evidence whether has Preesha really blackmailed and killed Rajeev or no ?

Lol, what an argument. There is no doubt Preesha is an exceptional doctor and even Rudra believes it because he has seen her saving a covid patient, he knows she is passionate about her work like he is for his singing. You will see him fighting for her license, mark my words.
Being a doctor is not easy. How much Preesha must have put efforts to be a doctor but Rudraksh ruined it in a day.
Dude, no profession is easy, everyone put efforts in their profession and career. I agree doctors are gods, but that doesn't mean the other careers and profession are not important.

About her reasons for hiding Rajeev Mahima truth is valid. Rudraksh married her for revenge to snatch Saransh custody from her and not out of love or compromise. So her reason is valid if she tells Rudraksh about Rajeev Mahima he wont believe her and might brainwash or use Saransh against her and snatch him from her for his so called blind hatred and revenge.
OMG, do you really watch all the episodes? Did you forget that he brought Preesha back home with Saransh even after the MU. Did you forget his words when he said PreeAnsh ko alag nahi kar sakta? Did you forget those times when he was proud of Preesha as mother and appreciated her upbringing.
About Rajeev's murder truth, she thinks its an accident as Yuvraj never told her that he killed Rajeev.
That's the point....she doesn't know that he killed Yuvraj intentionally and she still see him as sane man.
Lets not forget that Yuvraj even lied that Rajeev spoke bad words about Mahima's character and he wanted to snatch Saransh and thats why Preesha in a fit of rage rammed her car into Rajeev which is wrong.

Preesha doesnt know that Yuvraj is a leech, murderer and evil and is using her along with her parents and playing with their lives like we know. Once she knows his true face, she will remove her from his life for sure.
