Jay showed Shakura a picture of Veer so that Shakura could change his face. But I guess he couldn't see that picture properly because there was too much darkness in that area. Waise, Aakesh ka face milne ke baad Shakura ka voice bhi badal ke Aakesh jaisa ho gaya, pehle different tha! That's strange! 😆😆

Nice observations Sohini! 👍🏼

I sometimes gets into dilemma whether Akesh was this rough and bad in the past. I like to think there is more to him than what has been shown. That’s why we all want to see his back story. Maybe just maybe Naageshwari too has misunderstood his actions. I mean both Akesh and Veer are stubborn and want what they wish. Like Akesh dragged Nageshwari and Veer married Bani forcefully(though he has reasons to marry her) I think somewhere with both Akesh and Veer, there was a strong six sense you can name which forewarned them about Hiriday and Jay. The picture wasn’t explicit to them as to why they feel so, but they knew they had to stop Nageshwari/Bani from being totally entrap. Unfortunately, Akesh died.

However, Veer is definitely in the process of cleansing his bad deeds. Though he isn’t soo bad, just his bad guy attitude he needs to wash away. When Shakura said “tu hiraan nahe howa mujhe dekh ke” I thought the same.. it was him instigating Veer to recall about his past and I don’t know Veer’s demeanor wasn’t the same. He has become so calm and carefree. Maybe he actually did reminisced all of himself from the past and decided to stay mum. I think with Bani’s back story and them having to start that comfort zone will reveal so much more and their bond will become so strong.

I had this idea that if Sharad Malhotra has signed up Naagin 5, he will definitely have a very substantial role to play but never expected the character of Veeranshu Singhania to have such tremendous impact on the story of this season. Perhaps this is the only season in which the male lead is somewhat outweighing the lead Naagin. He's neither the too sweet seedha sadha bhola bhala type, nor the totally ruthless, evil, wicked & cruel man - he's the perfect grey shaded character. If I'm not wrong, this season will be known for the Male lead as much as the lead Naagin. Equal share. Much credit to Dheeraj Dhoopar for launching & nailing Aakesh so well which set the tone for the arrival of Veeranshu !

I have a slightest feeling that Veer may go negative in future a little! He seems someone who has a lot of secrets hiding inside! Just my gut feeling!

@bold - He might become a bit cold towards Bani but not for long.

So true!! I think it’s not just about Naagin, this season itself gave a different vibe when it started. They purposed an equal share of Cheel story too hence why all of Veer scenes were impactful. Dono ki braber ki takkar. And honestly never seen Sharad’s previous shows, but one clip of #VAni and Sharad scene sealed the deal for me.

I for once want this just for the heck of it and for little amount of time. I mean Veer has endured so much nakhre and lecture what not from Bani, thora Bani bhi kareee 😆 moreover, misunderstandings are meant to happen between the leads. The only thing which I am assured about is the fact VANi are witty. Lol

@Red: I agree! Looking at his body of work till date, he has never taken any project which isn't worthy to be noticed or admired! So, even I thought, he would be having a very meaty role in naagin! But this has exceeded the expectations!😆 Veeranshu is all over the place in naagin!😆

But the screen space is equally divided amongst the three main leads!👍🏼

Though, in future I would still love to watch in an out n out villain kind of role!😎 But a villain with a backstory, agenda in mind and madness in actions!

Yep! He would drift away from her! Now, as the story is progressing, Veer-Bani are getting emotionally involved with each other! More the strings gets attached emotionally more is the hurt. So, in Veer's case, it would be the feeling of betrayal first, then other feelings!

It would be a roller-coaster ride for sure!
