I think if that is the case, than the promo might be true and not a dream sequence. It could be that Vansh and Kabir get into a fight or Kabir tries to harm Vansh. And Vansh comes home with blood and gun because he got hurt. Since it is karwa chauth, it has to be related Vansh being saved because Riddhima fasted for him or something.
