If Prachi doesn't agree he should simply leave. Prachi can't stand Ranbir's ignorance and will go to him and convince him. But knowing KKB creatives, they will most probably create a misunderstanding and Ranbir will forcefully marry Prachi in anger. And then they can start the whole love-hate track.

They can't afford to sideline Pranbir. Many will stop watching if that happens. Even now people are angry with mummy-papa's stupidity. Now if they sideline Pranbir to glorify criminals, then they will lose a lot of viewers.
