Audience has a tendency to get inspired by fiction. There are thousands of examples that real life crime was inspired by movies/books/series & vice versa.

They're basically promoting you can get anything you want by suicide & you won't be charged for your crimes if you just have family issues.

Pragya thinks it was her mistake to scold Rhea (after knowing she caused Prachi's accident) just because Rhea is her biological daughter. Even though she did nearly killed her (adopted) daughter.

Gobhi thinks it was his mistake to taunt Prachi so much because she's his daughter. Not because Prachi is right. Means you can insult people as much as you can only if they don't belong to your family. No wonder Aliya thinks like him.
