The problem is that Republic was not doing any "reporting" based of fact, they presented their opinion and made up a lot of allegations, so they acted as judge and jury and fed their sheeple watchers fake drama and innuendo, plus enticed them to persecute everyone including people that had nothing to do with the issue, even before any formal investigation was done. If this forum sports Republic getting 50 different FIRs for reporting on a high profile case and treating a primary accused as a primary accused. Then nobody is wasting the authority's time by requesting a party where some illegal activity might be going on to be investigated. Any time a crime might be done it deserves to be investigated.
The party took place, it passed and the video was posted after the fact, the allegations came when someone imagined he saw something on a video and without "investigating" accused those that had been at the party, and again the media acted as judge and jury.
