That's bcoz the actress playing Chachi is really good. Opposed to Khalida and Chandni.

Khalida underacts and uski hisse ki acting Chandni kar leti hain with her over the top expressions and poor dialogue delivery. At least, Khalida's dialogue delivery is not bad.
