I think the problem is not that Preesha is unaware of Rudra's feelings/attraction, she is not ready to accept hers. And even ready to acknowledge that she's comfortable being intimate with him.

She's ready for intimacy but not ready to acknowledge that she's ready.

She has this PG-13 rating limit in her head and anything above that is brushed under the carpet.
