Republic & Times Now are sworn enemies even though both of them are on Modi's payroll(allegedly).

Arnab used to work for Times Now. Due to some dispute he left the channel and created his own channel Republic. This case is about "intellectual property" that Times Now believes is theirs but Arnab uses it on his new channel. In particular, the name "News Hour" & the phrase "Nation wants to know". Arnabs show was called News Hour on Times now & its there that the phrase became famous as well. Republic argues that News Hour is a generic term & Arnab created that phrase on the fly, wasn't created by Times Now's creative team.

The court ruled that Arnab cannot use the name "News Hour" anymore but they need more evidence to rule on the phrase "Nation wants to know". So for now both channels can keep shouting "Nation wants to know". 😆

oh really...I had no idea...I didn't even know there was a channel called Republic....

Their thing about intellectual property is correct....if the phrase Nation wants to know was coined in Times Now ...it belongs to them...just like if someone invents something at their work place it is considered to be the property of that organization....but why are they fighting now.....isn't Arnab is using it for a long time...or did he start recently?

Oh it's even more fun that you know. Arnab lost his job at Times Now because Karan Johar got him fired. KJo was pissed about his reporting around ADHM time and he had connections to Vineet Jain who is the head of the Times Group. Vineet Jain is also a film producer and has a company called Junglee Pictures. He later produced Raazi with KJo.

Arnab said it himself in an interview that KJo was behind his ousting from Times Now. 🤣

Btw, Arnab has been summoned by Mumbai Police tomorrow - the 24th. More fun coming up.

There are two threads. One is a suspect due to the nature of being partner or during the time of the death. Rhea was out of the home on June 8 and his sister moved in to stay with SSR. When the incident happened, neither the sister nor Rhea were present.

I was questioning the claim of family placing an abetment of suicide charge while holding pics that are claimed to be proved by forensic experts online as clear murder. You claimed that it was a trap for perpetrators which makes me wonder how would they be alright in hounding of the woman loved by their son and let her be in jail for 30 days.

The second is the judicial custody of Rhea which one section claims as witch hunt and the others as justice. Court has ruled out that she was not part of a drug syndicate. CBI has not arrested neither has ED proven the money laundering. The last news item said 55 lacs was spent on Rhea.

we have to wait for the CBI announcement to know if that will take the same turn as the Mumbai police. So far ED, AIIMS report and others have no concrete evidence against the initial claim for abetment to suicide.

Whether it’s abetment to suicide or murder...either way her role is present. As a outsider who has nothing to do with sushanth and never watched a single movie ...my primary Suspect is Rhea. Her Satyamev jayate video is so staged. My questions then ere Why Mumbai police and state Govt is protecting her ?

I don’t care about drug consuming or dealing of Rhea ..I though that’s unnecessary diversion from case . I really don’t know why the family filed abetment for suicide instead of murder...I can only thing possible reasons for doing it. Family actions represent themselves.

As a general public I am seeking justice for his death. All the suspects including Rhea to be interrogated and my agony is there is too much political and power influence to carry out the interrogations. Just check out Govt actions till now...doesn’t it sound suspicious but why they have to do this for Rhea? Also Open gunda gardi in Maharashtra by police and politicians just for Rhea.

Anyway neither me nor you going to change the mind in what we strongly believe as we are looking from completely opposite directions.we will continue to fight for what we believe in. If I am witch Hunter then let me be.

Now Arnab has pissed off the entire Bollywood including the most chilled people. Now there is a good chance of Republic TV getting winding up. Times now has strong backing so maximum, Navika would be sacrificed.

Ask NRIs who have never heard about Arnab. But they know enough about Bollywood and their kartoote to believe Sushant was murdered. Be it Parveen Babi, Divya Bharti, Sridevi, Jiah Khan, Gulshan, among others. To Sanjay Dutt's participation in the Mumbai bomb blast to Mahesh Bhatt's son participation in 26/11 attacks. Like I said my father on the day after said it must have been Dawood. NRI all over America who have other news to worry about instead of the one's that Republic covers agree it was murder. They prob wouldn't know if Rhea was involved. But a family's complaint is considered such strong evidence here, it within itself would have satisfied the primary cause standard in the US for her to be arrested by the CBI. Although Sushant was isolated to extent from everyone his SIM cards changing, his servants changing, his home changing among other things changing. The family keeps the most in touch with him so they have the most information and NO reason to lie. The fact they complained to the Mumbai in Feb that Sushant's life was in danger and Sushant died in June is saying a lot.

This forum is very unique in their defense for Rhea. No where abroad, in India, Facebook, twitter or any other place does Rhea have this much support. That is a lot people blabbering without knowledge.

Here is me expressing my doubts before any press coverage started. Ironically look who came and told me to dismiss my suspicions back then as well.
