I disagree. The situation is not equal on both sides. Shravan has never said that his dad is innocent of everything....he specifically said his dad is not a TRAITOR.....the semantics are important here. Suman has blindly pursued a case of TREASON against his dad for 7 years, not of negligence. The negligence portion has already been litigated and Devraj has served time in jail for it.

The scale of the crime matters.....Devraj has already been punished for his portion of the negligence....so why target him blindly even now. This is just blind thirst for revenge on Suman's part and can't be justified anymore. She claims she once loved Shravan and she has ZERO compassion for his own father? What kind of love is this then? He still finds it in him to remember and show compassion for her father.....while her love is completely self-centered and blind. So no, it's not the same on both sides.

Suman’s seLf absorption goes even beyond - neglecting her extended family and their troubles in her unjust pursuit of “justice”.

I still don’t understand her attitude towards chacha-Chachi, unless there is some backstory there she seems utterly disrespectful and unconcerned about what it is costing her own people while she drags this own.
almost justifies Chachi trying to sell the house behind her back.

P.s. does anyone else notice that to this day the name board on the tiwari house does not mention Chacha or his family. I can understand holding your father and grandfather in high regards, but it should not be at the cost of civilian family members who are owed their due respect. How is Suman’s attitude any different from the ways of her grandfather?

no plz read my previous comment too! i never said Suman was totally right! The only way to resolve this is to forgive and forget what happened in the past and rekindle their love for each other.

No, Shravan has always explicitly said his dad is innocent of the TREASON accusation. Please point me to a scene where he said his dad never did anything at all. There is no such scene....you have to hear carefully and you will see that Shravan has been fighting the treason charge all this time while Suman continues to pursue the treason case even after it has been proven that Devraj was only guilty of negligence.

Suman sounds insane....nothing she says makes any sense. If this case isn't being reopened to punish Shravan or Devraj, then why? There is no other reason left....the actual culprits have already been punished but this girl is insane and doesn't want to live in the real world.

I don't think there is anymore backstory on that front....she basically doesn't care about anyone who doesn't blindly agree with what she wants to do.....the cost in terms of life, family, relationships....none of that matters to her. She's a loose cannon.....truth, facts, other ppl's emotions - none of these matter to her.

The Tiwaris are a study in hypocrisy....lol they act all high and mighty about "ideals" but they had so many hypocrites and sociopaths like Daddu in their own family.....Suman seems to be following her Daddu's footsteps to the T.

Well, he asked for forgiveness in today's epi simply to try and soothe her ego and get her to move on from the case but she didn't care even then.

So I don't think she wants his apology....she wants him to tell her that she alone is right and then as you said, he needs to join her in "Devraj deshdrohi hai" andolan....then she will forgive him😆

I think the only thing left to watch in this show is how much lower Suman can sink😆.....she finds a new rock bottom every few epis.

Baaki toh I guess Shravan has also lost patience now and will start retaliating more directly to her nonsense rather than letting things go as he had been the past few days.

The true villains are the writers right now....achhe khaase relationship ka faluda banaa diya😆.

I still feel Vikram will turn out to be negative somehow....all these lame harkatein of getting so drunk that he passes out...seriously Suman this is a prospective partner in your eyes? A guy who can barely hold his drink?😕😆

And then the legal fees angle....the level of irresponsibility in this girl that she doesn't even care about logistics and finances....paise hain nahin but case kheenchte raho😕
