You tell me that beforehand I was this close to go and search jaisa bhi episodes are available and I really enjoyed the ones you posted the other day with the kiddo lol now I have to rethink or if there is an edited version bina niti I will take it . As if woh helly in it was not already enough ke ab yeh bhi chali aayin 😆

LOL your irritation with Niti cracks me up😆.....arey she just has a total side role in Gulaal with barely 2-3 lines and I actually forget she's in it half the time cuz it's the post-leap story with grown up Kesar that is a stronger memory about this show for me😆

Niti is only there pre-leap and usmein se bhi she's only in one major KG scene when Gulaal goes to visit him at his boarding school.....baaki toh you can skip most of her scenes😆

Helly ka character is the more chep one 😆....usko troll karne mein mazaa aata tha par😆

I have no patience for grown up babies and people doing lallu chappo to them all day and she isn't even koi badi great actress ke 9ne can be like whatever her asthma acting and non stop roma everytime I have seen her onscreen yuck so sorry can't help it. Not a huge fan of Helly either but she is better than niti for sure itni irritating nahi hai irritating hai but I'd take her over niti

See, there's a reason why I still rave about this show and hold it to such a high standard on ITV....yes, it's one of the very rare ones where all the characters were woven in together and it wasn't just about token scenes for the "leads" per se....and that is why it ends up coming across as a more fully formed and layered story with many levels....ultimately Gulaal-Kesar's relationship is the most interesting part of the story for me but it's a more satisfying story precisely because of the way they weave in Dushyant's journey, Motabha's journey etc. too. It helps that the show only had a run of like 8-9 months....SP ended it a bit prematurely but even then they did the ending quite well.

Its just a shame that such quality shows don’t get the deserved appreciation! Star not uploading it on hotstar is just so disappointing:( Also the women in the show are not shown having a typical mindset. Most of them a voice and most importantly a functioning brain😆

The most touching part of Kesar-Gulaal's relationship was precisely this....their connection towards Vasant....they both hero worshipped Vasant and his death hit them the hardest...but somehow even that deepened their bond as they learnt to become each other's emotional support....somehow only they seemed to understand the loss of Vasant the most acutely with each other....and then later on when the rift happens, this will all become even more raw....Kesar feeling disillusioned with Gulaal thinking that she has betrayed Vasant's memory and by extension betrayed Kesar's trust in her.

Loosing Vasant was a big blow for both of them, he was special and these two were the most important people in his life. What a situation to be for both of them, gosh! Even more so for Kesar, its just too much to deal with for him.

To me, the Kesar-Gulaal angst is still the all time best written angst on ITV....I'll be curious to know your thoughts once you get to that point

Going by your last line on Kesar , I can only imagine the level of angst. I am a sucker for angst if its written well:))

Arrey sorry I mentioned Niti, ignore please😆 and do start watching so I get company and the we all can discuss in detail. 😛 I will also give you tips as to how to look for episodes, especially the beginning ones🤣

Sachme she has no role, like I am on episode 44 something and its the first time she had like 3 lines and I remembered to mention her🤣 and as AY said she is not there post leap. Who is helly by the way in this show? 😆

LOL Helly Shah plays the character called TALLI😆....they will show the childhood version of Talli about a month before the leap as a girl in Kesar's school.....she becomes "best friends" with Kesar and then the grown up version is played by Helly after the leap😆. Long story short, she falls in love with Kesar and starts dreaming of marrying him....Gulaal also keeps fueling this idea😆. Phir Kesar sabki band bajaata hai when he finds out people are making plans on his behalf🤣

Baaki I'll let you watch and enjoy it😆.....Talli ka character bahut troll hota tha forum mein cuz she used to be quite dumb about many things😆

Oh one other quick note....Talli eventually gets adopted by Sudha and starts living in that house as a sort of adopted daughter.....she shares a close relationship with Gulaal too - kind of a mix of saheli and badi behen.

Oh btw this looks kinda fun for a change a light mood thing and like at the bada bada from the writer of ZGH well she has written a lot of digest wala crap too so🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤭

But the amma in this looks fun esp the end part the anushka Sharma wala punch that was hilarious

The sad part is apparently these shows algae been disowned by silly pakistani media caz they are sold to zero which is soo disappoint if they did it with chudails which was seriously the best thing I have seen from.pakistan in longest while very bold and dark but actually empowering women or woh toh log jhel nahi sakte lol that show had some solid writing and characters but it became way too deep and dark too quick like.at one point I was shuddering and going bas I am better ignorant and mujhe nahi janana asap main kya ho raha hai in these rich circles it was actually scary scary to think all that exists but obviously nobody talks so there is this shiny gloss on top to give a good picture.
