The way she behaved with Ejaz was totally wrong. Arrogant and stupid at same time. Not only that, 'Woman power' thing was one more desperate attempt.

Coming to her not accepting task, that's her choice. Her equation with Eijaz, Nikki or any other contestant is part of her game. Creative team and host cannot force her to do something which she doesn't think right for her just because she said something to other contestants. Not only lakhs, if they are paying her crores per day, still she has right to say 'No', there is no price for your 'concent'. I don't know any organisation writting in contract that we are going to pay you certain amount and you should deal with bullying and harrassment at workplace to respect our money. Rubina is an established actor on television, why would she sign 'clause of insult'?

Let's say she's not a saint. Then who is a saint? Big boss? Salman? Nikki?

Imagine Intna guts pahle ke season ke contestant me hota tho aaj tak yeh stupidly chalta hi nahi😛 No one signed contract to get insulted by the employer that too in such demeaning way. I am glad someone is going against the BB's format of insulting people, agar yeh last year Rashmi ne kiya hota tho pure dil se usko respect karti me. I just wish yeh phoki bomb na ho🤣

U might b right but the most i hv come across on posts involving Sid/Rubina are the ones with dps of asim,rashmi or sana who r commenting in rubina’s favour. But i won’t deny she is earning genuine support as well. It might not be huge like for Sid, Sree or Shilpa by second week but its still there which may grow if she becomes logical and stop being annoying.

but if she joined thinking that ‘its a good job and very good pay scale, the only negative is boss’s behaviour towards his employees. I can stand for myself by not letting the boss to demean me and try to change things.’ then she has every right to question them.

if employer kicked his employee out with a reason stating ‘she’s/he’s not cooperating with me what I want her/him to do’ which is not written in contract, employee can sue her boss/company.

Baaki BB is always doing demeaning shit and it sucks. This particular one IMO is nowhere near as bad as what we’ve seen in the past - demeaning is what Rashmi went through last year. And I don’t believe BB’s trying to demean Ruby with this in any case - cos they’ve included their fave Tamboli in it too.

I just think its completely fair game to call out whatever you find demeaning. The reason such tasks have been increasing over the past seasons and why people like Rashmi have been treated so poorly is because no one questioned the format of the show, and just took it as is. High time someone pointed it out.

And its hypocritical that Shukla felt offended when Salman implied him to be a “gandagi ka box” and kept seeking clarifications to ensure that the tag was not for him. And now he will call Ruby problematic for not wanting a similar tag on her?

No employee contract says that they have to do whatever given without expressing dissent.

I applaud Rubina for standing by her belief and saying what she thinks is wrong- whether it is against a contestant or big boss himself.

she makes her point. and just because she is being paid in lakhs, does not mean she lost her right to express her views or question things. She has earned the lakhs she is being paid.

Yes, she does go over at times and sometimes what she wants to say is unclear. It does take guts to say what is in her mind, and she has time and again said it, which is why people dislike her.

She is not a BB material per se. BB time and again gives tasks that are derogatory in one form or the other, and a person with her level of thinking will obviously question them, or not perform. That impressing Shukla to become a confirmed contestant was one such task and Sara who was not comfortable going all over Shukla quietly eliminated herself in round 1.

And for people who are calling her annoying- Why is someone talking some sense and standing for themselves and their belief irritating and annoying, but watching the constant fights and scream sequels last season, and Sana degrading herself for Shukla not?
