It was jealousy but not that possessive wife one. I just loved bani dialogues when Mayuri entered the house.

That one was too good when she said Tu na batao mein mazaa kirkaraa kar doon gi mahir hoon main iss mein and when bani told that bathroom k saath wala guest room perfect hai tumharey liye 😂. All these dialogues definitely indicated the bani was jealous of mayuri. Yeah she was not possessive about veer but still bani pehly din sy biwi aur bahu soney ka haq jama rahi hai
