Loved the chapter. Interesting pov of Arnav mother, she's had a change of heart. Mortality does make a difference in perspective, whether that stays depends on the person. Eager for the next part.

Will it, though? Can Ammaji's inherent selfish nature ever change? A brush with death makes people reflect on their life but can it have a lasting effect on Ammaji? Seeing Ashokji hold up a mirror to her was an eye opener to the extent of her hunger for power, wealth, status. She may seek redemption now but will it endure.

Reading about what she has done and thinking back to what she said to Khushi brought to mind a sher I had read (your story has been doing that a lot, Rose!)

Lovely end but wanted to see how Khushi getting on with her life and how Ammaji's relationship with Arnav getting on.. May be this story deserve epilogue

Baba was there, Lavanya was there and drunkard other baba was also happy.

Amma and Aayi reflects the society which still lives in the stone age. They follow the old rules and think they are the keepers of the traditions. They forget that new times, new generations bound to bring changes in the thought process.

Loved the way Khushi is taking baby steps towards her dream which is the reality now.

Amma will come around. She is not going to rock the boat any time soon. Aayi, already embraced the change. What can I say about Arnav. The man does things keeping the other person in mind. He remembered every minute detail about Khushi and making sure she gets what she desired. He will be amply rewarded once Khushi comes out of that shy phase.

Beautiful Ending.

Khushi's Aayi understood where she went wrong giving more importance to the society than understanding her own flesh and blood. Glad Arnav's words worked on her and took the first step towards her daughter showing she will be there for her no matter what from now on. Though Khushi heard her mother apologize for her behavior, it will not be easy for her to forget everything that she had to endure in a blink but eventually, with time and Arnav's support, she will forgive her mother and embrace her wholeheartedly.

Arnav called Lavanya to erase the distance between her and Ammaji. It was so nice of him to think about everyone around him. Though Arnav and Khushi got married with everyone's blessings especially Ammaji's wanted to see how she got along with Khushi and their relationship between them.

Arnav never forgot Khushi's wish of teaching to others and he made sure her wish is fulfilled by giving her the required space needed for it.
