No, even I think Rajiv - Mahima were in relationship even before his marriage.

Khuranas and Shrinivasans share history even before RuSha and Saransh.

Rudra might not know about Rajiv's love life that time as he was too young and had focused only on career. Even Rajiv might not have told him that time.

I think Preesha may even know half truth as she was young too. Only Vasu and GPS know whole truth.

Preesha may have come to know when Mahima got pregnant and she was doing MBBS. Also, I think they have shown Preesha did her MBBS from Chennai (i think so) so she was away from family for a while
