No the same logic can't be applied to current girlfriend because neither was she equal partner in the relationship nor she had any right to go splurge his money on her brother I mean how do you even explain Showik's hotel stay and tuition fee being paid from his account. He gave her the consent to spend money doesn't mean that she isn't a gold digger. Neither does it change the fact that it wasn't really a healthy relationship where one partner was suffering from an illness and other one completely living off him. Also people didn't randomly attack her. She was blamed by the family. People like me chose to take family's side that's it.

PS: I don't know much about legal process but I guess Ankita having lived with him for years would have some legal right over that house they shared but Rhea had no right to start using his credit card literally just after few days of dating.

On what basis have these claims been made? Were they proved now?

What do you mean equal partner in the relationship? Never heard such a thing. One is either fully someone’s girl/boy friend or not.

There is no such thing as equal share. Relationships aren’t made on financial status. At least not the ones that I know of.

As for the bank details, all I know is that other than a measly 55 Lakhs nothing else has been proved.

Here there was no property involved right. It was splurging on his girl friend which we are not even aware with the prior girl friends or the relationships he had. While the general dislike attributing Rhea someone to his death by his fans in the emotional state is possible, how can it be acceptable to tilt scales to unreasonable levels?
