I think the guild didn't push the PHs that are naam ka PHs. Priyanka's PH usually does the presenting thing. She gets a whiff of some potential award winner regional film, she offers them to promote the film as a presenter, so the guild didn't approach her. Same with DP's, Ranveer's, Ranbir's, Saif's PH... first two were opened for show off and to hide waning remuneration (I got 1/3 of my market price coz I am a co-producer, sharing 0% profit with the producers) the last two are inactive due to huge loss of money.

I heard Kekta didn't sign.

Actually I just checked the list and Dia Mirza's production house is included. She opened a new one recently called One India Stories and it's on the list. If a little one like that is there, they would have definitely asked people like Deepika, Ranveer and Ranbir. These actors are just cowards.

Another one missing is Ronnie Screwwala. His next film is with the evil Kangu-rani. 🤣

Junior artists aur technicians ki rozi roti movies se chalti hai.. Producers ke liye movies black to white banane wali washing machine hai. Laundry mein kissi aur ke paise dhulte hai... I am not talking about the very big corporate houses - though they do involve in a few shenanigans
