I don't understand why only Kalyani is talking about sending only Goda to jail even Anu was equally part of this fraud and willingly impersonated another person.

If Aao Saheb and Goda are wrong even Anu is for being part of all this.

Anyway I am happy Anu got a second chance she deserved it afterall for all the years of hard work she did to earn that degree.

I agree. Moreover, Sarthak married Anu knowing what and how much Kalyani meant to her, so I feel like he doesn't get to complain if things didn't get as he expected. He also didn't budge and stayed firm in his support of Malhar even though it cost him Anu, so who gives him a right to blame Kalyani? The girl nearly escaped death and has gone through a lot in the past to save her husband and her son from all kinds of problems, so Sarthak doesn't get to judge her and act like her not being Pillu's bio mom makes her automatically a non factor in the kid's life. And if not for this Avni musibat, I bet Malhar would've already gone back to his love by now... Kalma have forgotten their grudges against each other long time ago.

Agreed. From what I understand, Sarthak feels that Anu didn't love his daughter as much as she loved Kalyani and he is angry that Anu didn't trust him during whole shooting investigation. So none of this has to do with Kalyani, this is related to Anu. And he is probably fed up with the Deshmukhs as well. He is just targeting Kalyani as he knows that will hurt Anu. Ball in his court, Pillu's legal custody is with Malhar, that is indisputable. And since KalMa are not longer married, he is using this to hurt AnuYani.

I have a feeling that there is also an MU here created by AS. I feel like she created a few MUs between the Rane men and Anupriya after Kalyani was shot.

Either Malhar claim that he has some mental issue ya kuch other issues and say he is incapable of handling kid and legally handover custody to kallu ( possible he as per law beacuse Atul when he was jailed for madhuri murder it was said that kallu should either be sent to orphanage ya care center or should be legally handed over to someone

Atul wanted her to be safe and not in care ceneter so called Anu

Anu has the legal custody of kalyani as Atul himself gave it stating him being jailed she has none)

Second kalma has to be still legally married and prove that their divorce was invalid due to them not attending the counselling session ( divorce case ka register hona and approve hona alag baath he

Every divorce mutual or not requires minimum one year proceedings

3 counselling session in 1 year span and time is given

And if even one of the consent party doesn't appear

Divorce will not pe allowed)

So basically I won't mind any one of it being done

I know show ka concept raabta he

But it will be too lame if anu wins the case by saying raabta raabta and kallu ke sleepless nights on pillu

It is not that I don't value her sacrifice but

Anu ko advocate banaya let her win a case like proper lawyer jaise

There we can really see the tashan of anusar

Both had equal right

And since Kalyani isn't even Moksh's biological mother, she is using this opportunity to win over Moksh and kick out Kalyani. But Kalyani will not give Moksh up, not in a million years.

But I also feel like I see where this story is going. She is going to now start her bs about how she is Moksh's mother, she is Malhar's wife, etc. But when it comes down to it, she will fail to act like Moksh's mother, she will only talk tall tales, and fail to back it up. And eventually this will even frustrate Kaka who is supposedly on her side. Even he will tell her that compared to Kalyani, she is a 100 times better than you, you have completely failed to be Moksh's mother, the only reason we are tolerating you is because you are carrying Ahir's child. Kaka's anger at Kalyani will disappear once he sees how much she loves Moksh and all the extent she is willing for him, Kaka will melt and Avni will get more and more insecure.

Gayu, I am 100% sure that Pillu's custody battle will not happen officially in court. I think it will just be Avni's nonsense, her saying that she is Pillu's mom as SHE is Malhar's wife. And Kaka intially supporting her and then realizing that she is good for nothing and has no interest in being Pillu's mom, she just wants Malhar by hook or crook. I feel like at that point, both Rane men will tell her that they are only putting up with her due to the promise they made to Baapji. Gayu, for custody battle to happen, the child must be there. I know Moksh has been cast, but I don't think it will be discovered that the child is Moksh until MUCH later.

By hiring this fake Moksh and doing all these idiotic things, she will lose Kaka's support by the end of October.

And I also suspect that KalMa are not really divorced. Avni as her last resort when she has lost everything, she will claim that she is married to Malhar and since he has also acknowledged her as his wife in front of others, he will be stuck. That's when it will be revealed that KalMa were never divorced.
