Its cold and rainy here, FIRST weekend of Fall weather, its like around 45F outside. I just returned after running 1500 errands.

I am making shimla mirch tomato rasse waali subzi quick, to eat with rice (I LOVE THAT COMBO)

Its the fastest MOST delish meal

I know weekend flies. Vanishes Puffff like they and before we know it's MONDAY! Tmrw is my fil's shradham. So mrng went away in getting some stuff and doing some prep work. All parents are still here home and so they pitch in when more hands are needed.
