NO they will not get married.toshu ,samar and sanjay make a successful plan to stop vanraj.

They will keep eye on vanraj.And anujaj will get married.

From the precap, it appears that Kavya pretended to fall, catching Anupamaa for support. While catching Anupamaa, she wipes the mehndi from Anu's hand. (Anupamaa previously wiped Vanraj's name from Kavya's mehndi saying that Vanraj's name rightfully belongs on her hand).
