I think even if separation comes she will stay here only.Being an orphan she has no place to go and she cannot go back to her orphanage. I think Dadi will fall ill and Riddhima will retain her stay in the house. At the same time if spoilers to b believed its Vansh "s plan and if it really is... he will not let her go.
