Isiliye Google forms suggest kiya since you can the view the answers in google sheets (sorta like excel) and hence, tallying and sorting made much faster.

All the answers are in coloumns with each row having answer from one person.

I can't really explain it properly, but if you check it out, it's way more convenient (Gur and I can vouch for that)

Yep I know but the last time I used Google Sheets it got hacked. Someone managed to get behind the questionnaire and see the results. Nope. Excel is better. It's the same functionality as Sheets, but the only way someone can hack it is if they can get into my computer. 🤣

Excel does the same thing. I feed the answers into columns/rows and then I'm using a couple of functions like vlookup, match, index, etc. to tally up the top answer, second answer, the points, and the goals. Feeding is good though because people will answer the same thing in different ways. Like I might say Apple computer but you'll say Mac. They both mean the same thing. At least feeding the answers avoids the problems of doing it on Sheets later.

All I need to do is sort and copy. That takes time though cause IF doesn't take Word and Excel copying nicely.

Oh yeah. It was during MBA. I was TAing an undergrad course and I had done a small quiz for my section on Google Sheets. Some smartass decided that he didn't want to do the quiz like everyone. He spent the two days that I had given everyone, trying to hack Google Sheets. I have no idea how he did it, but I only found out when I went in 2 days later and everyone had the right answers. I checked history and the smartass forgot to logout of his own Google account. It showed me everything. 🤣

Thankfully the quiz was just to test what level the students were at and wasn't for actual marks, but I swear I never used Google Sheets after that.
