in real life not necessary......

marriage should complete 6 mnth lifespan to apply for divorce...

all others are nt now ..... counselling section wil b thr... if they find... both have slight chance f copping up together... then only staying in 1 roof will be putfwd

Yh but even after 6 months once u applied for divorce I thnk u have to still sty under 1 roof giving chance to your marriage for a certain months I thnk atleast 3 or 4 month
