To be a drug peddler one must sell drugs for profit. Even the NCB did not claim she did. The court in granting her bail says she did not.

As someone who allegedly purchased a small quantity of marijuana (none found in her possession) for personal use or to give/share with her boyfriend she should have been out on bail the next day.
