Ssr definitely hold responsibility 4 his own actions , it's was his karma who choose wrong company , which ultimately cost his life. He himself choose drugs .

Rhea has take responsibility of her actions as per her family.

She consumed drugs , her family consumed drugs why d hell she blame ssr ?

SSR's family can blame aira gaira for the mishaps.. Hiding their short comings, dysfunctional relationship they had with him..
