I wanted to bring across her insecurities in the way she behaves. She is introverted and has a bit of social anxiety. She is definitely not cold, just holds herself back because she’s afraid of being hurt. She isn’t closed to many- except Ashutosh now. She got through to Jen on first meeting. Anne and Robert both like her, and Jai adores her. She’s close to her dad too which I will explore soon and Chloe. She’s getting close to Nidhi. And she opened up to Ryan a lot in the previous chapter during the game. Even with the obvious attraction she feels, she’s still willing to be a friend and offered him her place to stay for as long as he wanted. She’s being open don’t you think?

I see Sara as a flawed human being and more like one of us- not always rational, and not always behaving consistently, feeling all these conflicting emotions at the same time that cause her to act erratically at times. She’s more a slave to her emotions than Ryan is, I think. She also suffers from lack of confidence and has a hard time believing someone would like her for herself. Similar to Ryan because he too has doubts on this, though for different reasons.

I’m sorry Sara is coming across as cold and closed. That wasn’t my intention at all. Just wanted to show that despite all her negative feelings she still tries. She did go to the dinner, and she did try to bond with Ashu and Nidhi. She’s doing her best right now, at least as much as she can.

Overall I felt she is closed.....the interaction with her mother is minimum....

Okay if that’s how you feel then I can’t change your mind.
She hasn’t had an opportunity to talk to her mom yet and mom is also to blame for that don’t you think? She’s so involved in Ashu’s wedding that she’s forgotten about Sara.

Yes....the moment she hears about her father, she is very expressive but not the same towards her mother....am not blaming anyone but that is how I felt...

At the same time she is very attached to her brother...

Would like to see more activity with Samir...

Ha ha no! Chloe is there only to spice up things for Ryan and Sara! Let Ashutosh and Nidhi be! Nothing is coming between them now when they’re about to be married!
