Welcome to the new mods whom I've anyways never seen in this forum before. I'd rather prefer known and competent BWF regulars like ALD, MooPoint, EXOL, others as DT members than complete strangers to the forum. Coz that's how it's always been in other forums anyways so wonder why not BWF.

We look for members who meet a few criteria. These criteria can be found by going here: https://www.indiaforums.com/helpcenter/questions/36.

Additionally, for BWF we do try to bring outside mods for the bolded reason. We are not saying BWF members aren't competent, we have just found that in certain forums, bringing outsiders is better than promoting from the forum.
