What ITV thinks about new seasons of fiction shows ?

New season means the continuation of its predecessor but according to ITV, new season means new leads but same title of the show.

Name me a single show which hadnt failed in this attempt ? There are very rare itv shows where leads were from old season for eg Kuch rang pyaar ke aise bhi ( Season 1 & 2 ).

It will be very kind of the makers to make Gehna and Anant as parallel leads but Gopi and Ahem as main leads or give four of them equal importance.

In future if the makers sideline GoHem to focus on GeAna then the show will flop big time.

Thats all my point of view. 🙂

kutumb,kmh,CB r some shows which had the same leads n s2 too.naagin n ipk2 were successful though the leads were different.but 1st season was more successful than 2nd season

Firstly Saathiya never deserved a new season as nobody literally nobody pleaded for it. People who pleaded were mainly fans but neutral viewers who watched the show daily got so pissed of watching it due to its overdramatic changes in the script that day celebrated after it ended.

Now you had woken up sleeping beauty, so its your responsibility to serve the fans what they are looking for. Fans and infact viewers only looking for a new GoHem chemistry and few very few are interested to watch GeAna but the whole audience is only intrigued to the show just to know that how they will get to see Gopi and Ahem. So now ph its your responsibility and duty to serve us a good story and good characterization of Gopi and Ahem without sidelining them otherwise audience will be audience.

u r right.Wherever I saw the comment all r asking 4 Rashi n the other cast.So removing them will make it messy

And what about our Dheera Jasmine ? Dheera fans are boycotting the show for the moment. Tanya is really upset and she was asking me to keep requesting for Dheera.

If dheera were there it would have been a treat.but there is no hope as amar is already doing another show

Exactly. Good for him, he has got lead role but looks exactly like Dharam. Wish it was Tanya with him though

As far as I know, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya Season 2 is starting this month.
