Ekta's new favourite is Pearl i guess. He is repeatedly doing balaji projects starting with Naagin 3 and right after that Bepanah Pyar and now Brahmarakshas 2. I felt Leenesh Mattoo was a better choice as he proved his acting skills in Ib but as usual favouritism won over talent. 😏

Good thing about her is she does launch new actors and if she likes them, she’d repeatedly give them many projects to succeed. Nowadays, she is picking new set of actors outside her favourites. So yeah we can’t blame her entirely in this regard. Everyone have favourites.

Yeah thats why Sony & Viacom merge as both are financially unstable and only the merge can help them out.

But at the end, channel, internal politics, ego (both Sandip’s and channel’s) became bigger than the show 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a question ? I saw you helping out a member regarding BARC trp impressions. You said by dividing the BARC impressions with 2.2 we will get the BARC TRP right. So SM's barc impressions are 3812 so by dividing it with 2.2 i am getting something 1732.72727 does it mean BARC trp is 1.7 ? 😊

Neon, you wanted some English shows suggestion on Netflix right? Some i will suggest:-

-Unorthodox - Jewish American girl’s story. It highlights an orthodox Jewish culture. Its such an amazing show.

-Jane the Virgin - its a telenovela style... it’s like ITV style twist and turn, but much much better executed and better storyline 😆

-Never Have I Ever - it’s a story about an Indian American teenager

-Gilmore Girls - it’s a mother and daughter story. One of my fav ❤️

-Breaking Bad - amazing amazing show. Such a satisfying ending.

-Game Of Thrones - this is on hbo though. Another great show, barring a final season but still pretty amazing 😆

I had half watched NHIE. By half i mean upto 5 or 6 episodes later i forgot to watch. Also had completed the 1st season MIH and its one hell of an amazing series I am so glad that Arjun has been nominated for Emmy for his performamce.

Others i will give it a shot. GOT i know the ending is not tasty thus i wont watch and also i know a lot about its story and watched many of its scenes too.

Sacred Games is not my type but would surely try out the others. 👍🏼

So it means if Shaadi Mubarak's BARC TRP is 1.7 then its doing quite good IMO. 👏 Hoping for more better trp in future.

Yeah NHIE is a nice watch. You should finish the show. Nothing serious, cute high school indian American girl story.

Gilmore Girls is another one, there is 7 seasons and then there is a spin off as well on Netflix itself to show where the characters are, it came 10 years later after the show ended. It was a nice surprise for the fans. I absolutely love this show. I don’t know if you can relate to it, but it’s a nice show... you might find it a little slow and might find the reference to American pop-culture hard to understand at first but give it a try.

Oh so glad about MIH Emmy’s nomination. It’s one of the best Indian web show.

About GOT, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea I understand 😆... But its a very intriguing show, I enjoyed it a lot, barring final season.
