This is where the court is stuck, they dont want to be blamed for hampering the investigation. Nahi to even a bacha knows how ridiculous it is to keep someone in custody on the basis of chats, that too for recreational purpose not commerical one.

I doubt any of those actual cases also had so many hearings. Cartel is getting news from Republic and Times Now, don’t need Rhea to be out
