Shrishti is not reliable as she is a kid. Preeta thinks so. Rishabh can't have the perfect judgement as he couldn't recognize Sherlyn as a bad person and had never trusted Karan and Preeta when they tried to prove her wrong. He could misunderstood Prithvi as well.

Preeta believes her mother and her own eyes. Prithvi was always good in front of Preeta and Arora's family. Neither Karan nor Rishabh didn't have any proof against Prithvi. Just personal judgement which can be wrong.

Honestly, I don't see much potential of Pawan's character. It feels like a filler character. I may be wrong though😁

@bold - Yes, there is a chance of Prithvi's exposure. And there is a big chance for Prithvi to stay in Preeta's good books. He can wake up and beat Pawan up in front of Preeta cooking up the story how he is suffering because of her wedding and drinking too much, not being in his senses etc. And let her go home😆 As we see Shrishti being injured too then the latter is quite unbelievable actually 😁

I am not sure about Prithvi too. Depends on the writers plans.

The usual prithvi being a good boy in the end is also a possible plot but yes we will see what's going to happen.

It is true Karan, Rishabh nor Shrishti had any proof against Prithvi and Preeta solely trusted the judgement of her mother. The way in which Rishabh and Preeta went about it in hindsight was completely wrong. Preeta basically just needed to ask Rishabh to not marry Sherlyn and Rishabh needed to ask Sarla to not get Preeta married to Prithvi. And viola everything sorted. But obviously the makers wanted to tell the story they are saying and the drama they are making hence the point is at least for the makers which drama can be stretched the longest? That ultimately decides the track. 😆

Preeta said it so many times that Sherlyn is not a good person. The top of that was the moment when Sarla said it loud that Sherlyn had kidnapped her and tried to kill her. Rishabh was there too. They didn't have any proof. There were just Sarla's and Preeta's words against Sherlyn's and gunda's words. We all know the result😐 So I don't believe that Rishabh would really believe Preeta if she just asked him. Maybe at the very beginning only. Like the same day she knew Sherlyn's truth. But I doubt even that.

And Sarla would never listen to Rishabh. She would be just like Preeta. "Beta, yeh tumhari koi galat femi hain. Prithvi bahut achcha ladka hain."
