Tarun’s hatred for his mother?

Why does Tarun hate his mother so much? 😕 does it have something to do with his dad? He keeps abusing Preeti and she chooses to overlook it every single time. Like seriously! Either Preeti needs to give him a tight slap or the makers need to tone done his character! He is way too toxic!

Yes, I think it is what he saw in house (in childhood) - he treats her the same way he saw his dad treated her.

I think it must be his dad as well as the dad’s family. His father must have kept yelling at her all his life that too infront of Tarun. But either way, I don’t understand she has left him, to live as per his own term then what is his problem with Preeti doing the same? He was the one that kicked her out first so why is he forcing her to return and become his slave as if she is his property or something.
