Nope. People will forget it all. How many people right now are talking about the CAG report and how many are talking about Bollywood. During election time, the same tactics would be employed. Army, nationalism and you know what else... Hate speech. When the time comes for showing progress it would be zero cause it has failed everywhere. But it won't matter.
