What did Mayuri attach to Bani's dress?

In yesterday's episode, the penhen, Mayuri said she used "nagmani ke kaante". Nagmani is a jewel, it is not a flower like rose. Then what did she mean by "kaante"? Other than that, I don't think it is so easy to access and touch nagmani. Then how did they use nagmani for their plan?

No I have no idea just heard about this in yesterday's episode. Mayuri used to make veer more powerful so maybe it is use as power enhancer for cheels
