cooker mein se chane nikal doh....khali cooker ko gas per chadha do and then eat when its cooked....👍🏼

I wish people knew it’s literally as easy as being in a constant calorie deficit. That is it. You can have McDonald’s everyday and still lose weight. (Don’t do it!) Exercise is a massive bonus (and strongly recommended) but not actually required to lose weight. Sadly, most people don’t believe in ‘counting calories’ so join these fad diets which basically just put you on a calorie deficit lol.

It depends on ur age, gender and weight. The loss tips work differently on different people.

Btw if anyone knows any specific exercises for getting rid of fat on hips, butt and upper thighs do let me know!

Diet is really important. You can try tasty healthier recipes. Plenty of them online.


I would say swimming is the easiest and most fun way to loose weight but not a good idea during the pandemic unless you have a private pool.

Yes but I think to sustain the weight and stay healthy, it’s important to establish a healthy diet and eat clean. Something they can follow on a regular everyday basis. You gotta find out what works for you.


Eating junk is detrimental and will impact on the body later on, though it varies from person to person. I have seen some people who work out a lot, girls who have made a good figure but eat a lot of junk... end up having some health issue or the other.

Spot fat reduction is simply not possible. But if you’re looking to tone, then there’s plenty of exercises available. I’ve never been one for yoga but the surya namaskar is considered a full workout for the body.

Stick to home food most of the time. Reduce oil and butter. Don't eat anything after8 pm except milk. Daily take herbal tea/ green tea only in boiled water. Eat more fruits or light things, if you eat too much. Walk 3 km daily. Eat in small quantity at a time. Running and jogging even inside a room for 20 min daily will help a lot. Just some tips.

Running/ Jogging is the best exercise.
