The scene is about Helly Shah, the protagonist, who unconsciously packs herself in a luggage bag. In the scene, Helly is seen walking to her room, with her eyes closed as something seemed to be irritating her eyes. As she walks forward, she trips over an open luggage bag and rams her head on a wall. She then becomes unconscious and conveniently falls into the bag, fitting in it perfectly.
