As for this entire drugs drama, it is beyond parody now. While I do understand that consumption of drugs is also illegal in India, to focus on consumers rather than producers and distributors of drugs is something that doesn't make sense to me. Yes, penalize consumers too, no doubt, but what about the suppliers? Am sure they would've by now gotten some names, have they done anything about that? Or will they only leak news which they know for sure will help keep people distracted for a while?

Oh, and while they are trying to "clean up", can they also ban "bhang"?

it makes no sense to me why people are giving a free pass to consumers. Without consumers there wouldn’t be any producers or distributors. Supply is always based on demand.

The worst part is the drug trade is linked to so many other criminal activities. The drug cartels in Mexico, Columbia, and other places literally murdered thousands, the drug money funds terrorism all around the world. All because of demand from consumers.

People here really need to start reading. It's in the article itself that Ranveer knows he can't be there during the interrogation. He just wants to be in the office, not in the room where they ask her questions.

He probably just wants to be there so he can accompany her in and out of the building since the crazy media will be there. In case they give her breaks, he can see her then too.

There's nothing wrong in requesting. NCB always has the power to deny it so what's the harm in asking?

They should rather be interrogating Karishma and Jaya from where they got the illegal stuff than summoning the people these two women had supplied to. You think they would get the peddler's name from Deepika Sara?
