Arundhati should have maintained her individuality from the start..I feel this is the one scary part of the marriage.. one partner gives whole and soul to relationship and while doing that he/she sacrifices a lot of things.. sometimes even looses identity and individuality and at the end if such thing happens then that brings trauma. At least nowadays where people have too many options outside,where they spend lot of time in office or in outside environment..in such weird era where people easily fall out of love...one should independent enough that your partner has nothing but loyalty to offer you.

True that. Pan jithe prove karave lagel te ghar aani family is not meant to be, correct.

If husband does infidelity and wife has to prove it to the entire family then that family is not yours to begin with.

Marriage shouldn't mean losing identity/individuality. Shouldn't mean one-sided sacrifice.

One has to realize that happiness lies within and not with husband and/or kids.

Yes, a lot of time is spent outside home but for any relation to flourish one has to put in time and effort. And that has to happen from both sides.

My two cents after being married for many years.
