Helloo everyone.. I wanted to write my views on the characters from a long time so finally here I am 😆 Please bear with me and also share your views. Now, I started watching the show from day 1 coz i loved Kunal and Aneri too much in Silsila and was always salty about their chemistry being wasted. My prayers were answered by EK of all people in PB lol. So here goes
Pranati Mishra -
Can I just say I loved her from the first frame? Aneri looked so pretty in the wedding looks. I understood she has a soft heart, and is suffering from some trauma, which was soon revealed to be her lost child. By God I hate her mom for doing that to her. Anyway..I also loved her sense of moral and responsibility, which made her run after Jugnu, an unknown kid then on her wedding day. I initially felt she cried too much and was like daily soap mahan but she isnt- she is hella strong and she proved it today. She has left her entire life behind and is fighting the whole world for her child. She gives back as good as she gets and the way she stands up in her own righteous, poise and grace filled way to dadi and Reyansh- showing her strength despite her softness- I relate so much. Infact I cry a lot too, Prani 😆Its ok to do so. She gets a lot of her values from her dad and middle class upbringing but her strength and infinite capacity to love- that is all her. The way she sambhaloed herself after the Rey fiasco in college is commendable. In a way, she got over him and wasnt in love anymore while Rey always was, tho he didnt realize that till now. Waiting to see her re-ignited love..she deserves that happiness after being numb and broken so long.

Ik some of u think he may turn negative or dont like him fully but i do. He has been a sweetheart since episode one, standing by Pranati unconditionally- something she deserves. He went to support her the day after she broke the wedding in the worst way one can break a wedding. What kind of man does that? Though he is human, and can be hurt and selfish which sometimes makes him commit wrongs but he has been there through the worst with Prani, everytime she needed him. CVs pls dont make him negative to justify Prayansh- that will be too easy.
Jugnu
She justifies her name- finding light and hope even in the darkest of times. That girl has been through too much for her age and still came out strong and bold. She is invincible- my baby. She could have easily gone rogue btw..just like Rey, she had no one to guide her- worse, she was in the worst abusive situation possible. But she is a survivor and fighter and like the first promo said, she has learnt the art of living life in the worst of times. Her orphanage friends were a big help here..she knew she was on the good side and her tormentors on the bad, and she identified right and wrong at a young age. What a fighter. No wonder she had probs accepting prayansh tho- she is used to fighting alone. Hope they show her orphanage friends soon..i miss Gattu.
Reyansh Khurana
Ahh..the best for the last 😛He is the most difficult and layered character in the show and in the serials i hv seen on itv. In the initial episodes when i saw his playboy 'kaminapan' I disliked him but quickly figured out there is much much more to him. He was a playboy and yet still thought of his college gf, kept his key and went to the wishing tree. Come on, Prani did a better job of moving on than him, she almost got married. KAEESA (kaisa) playboy banega re tu Reyansh ? 🤣 Andar se hamesha se one woman man hai :p I remember telling Mages i didnt like the set of his home- it was too dark and depressing. Little did i know that was symbolism of his home and family- dark and depressing. He had an abusive childhood- emotionally is obvious, physically we hv seen dadi hit him whenever she feels like, his dad slap him and him telling prani about his family and saying 'sharab ke theke pe nahi baitho to maarte hain' . You become the company u keep. Surrounded by dadi, his dad, Vardhan etc is it any wonder he turned out like this? Still he had layers of goodness- remainders of his mom and Prani's love. He deserves to know the whole truth about his mom, i feel that will be when he rebels and leaves his home finally with prani and jugs ofc. He loves prani deeply, but feels whatever he loves is destroyed and destroys him. He is only 26..still young. My only main complaint was when he became an adult then wo sudhar sakta tha..but it was engrained too deeply by then, his parvarish. He needed a big jolt, which he got today. Now he can be good by choice. That is something he needs to learn from Jugnu his own daughter, also what attracted him to her in the first place - her ability to be good even when surrounded by the worst of humanity. His daughter is stronger than him in that aspect 😆About his jealousy- well fact of matter is he knows prachit wud be married today if he handed over jugnu's custody initially or if prani didnt meet jugnu- so he doesnt buy the friend theory..and that is what pricks him the most. He didnt expect in his wildest dreams his latent feelings to become powerful again, but now they are back and stronger than before. Now he has experienced real love with prani and jugs which he never had before and cant imagine letting them go, he wants to be selfish for once for real love now. Well, that is fine, Rey. Just dont let ur Prani down now. All the best!
