Kerti - A very confusing Charecter =S

Don't you guys think Dr Kerti Is a really confusing charecter. I mean either shes strict, or she becomes shy..She becomes like a best freind (muskaan case) or a vamp in (armaan case)..I mean she really knows how to handle all of her emotions..=| Maybe thats why she was chosen senior..Because she does'nt mix her personal and proffesional lives together..

i find her really odd
how she snubbed Shubankar when she actually likes him
She understands Muskaan problem because i think somewhere in past she went through the same i think
It might get revealed latter on
Armaan's case i dont know why she is so rude i think if she knew the problem she would be sweet to him
But then again professional life and personal need to be kept different
