And who said Sushant committed suicide? As far as I know the investigation is still going on and no official declaration is given about the cause of his mysterious death.

He was planning to quit smoking as per his diary found in his farmhouse. I don't know how person who was thinking of quitting smoking started doing drugs. If he did consume it, he would have had to face the repercussion of it if he was alive. There is no concrete proof of him being engaged in procuring and transporting drugs. He is not alive to justify his side so anyone can say anything about him but we have to trust the NCB and they have not officially said anything about his involvement.
